Navigating a career as an artist can be challenging, especially now with the big unknown and the shifts the world is going through.
Stress, emotional issues, anxieties, depression, addictions, and inauthentic relationships can interfere with your artistic career now more than ever.
Will you be able to continue to create and perform?
I am Mihaela Ivan Holtz, Doctor in Clinical Psychology. I am here to share what I’ve learned from working with artists in Los Angeles, California – with the hope to help you, the Romanian artist, continue to create and perform during these unprecedented times.
I was born in Romania and moved to Los Angeles in 1991. Here I had the privilege to pursue my passion for psychology. I obtained my Doctor in Clinical Psychotherapy at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, I am certified in psychoanalytic therapy, and I am licensed as a marriage and family therapist.
I’ve been exclusively working with creatives and performers for the last 15 years in my private practice in Beverly Hills, California.
If you’d like to know more about my work with creatives and performers, feel free to check my website: creativemindspsychotherapy.com or my monthly column at Stage32 in Los Angeles: https://www.stage32.com/blog/
